Returns and Refunds 

I do not refund only on damaged goods in transit. But I would advise insurance to cover your parcel for any damages in transit and take it up with Australia Post as the purchased item is pasted ownership to you once with the registered carrier.

I unfortunately I do not refund on items simply because you change your mind. Items are photographed well enough and if you require further photographs or videos. I can certainly supply this prior to purchase.

I am unable to accept returns due to COVID health advice.

Any further questions prior to purchase do not hesitate to send me a message.

Our Policy If you are not happy with the opal you have received or believe it does not represent what you saw when you purchased the item, I will refund you within 30 days of purchasing.

Just contact me prior and I will process your refund less shipping charges and any re-import duties.

Your personal information will not be shared without consent unless required to by law. 

This includes the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information.
